🎃Shipping:

Shipping ONLY within the US at the moment.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your orders to be packaged/shipped. Please make sure to combine all your orders. If bought separately, I will ship separately. Due to the high volume of orders it is hard to keep up but I will do my best to combine if I catch it.

Items like; coin bags, mugs, coasters, notebooks/notepads/sticky notes/ pillows, prints, ect.  will take about two weeks or so to get delivered to me! I put my orders for those items EVERY Monday and they take about two week to get to me. Please read every description  for every item. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been packaged and will be dropped off at the post office the next day. 

USPS is having delays at the moment delivering packages to their destination. Some items being scanned and not being scanned. Please keep your tracking, that is how you’ll be able to keep track of the status and you can also use it to call your local USPS if you have any problems.

 

💜💜Due to the on-going COVID-19 & Holidays, mail can be delayed. It may show up in Pre-shipment or in-transit for a couple of days or even a month.💜💜

Once your package has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of my hands and no longer responsible for the package. If the package is lost or stolen, you need to contact USPS for any questions and concerns. I will do my best to help in this situation as well! 

Make sure your address is correct and up to date. I will ship to the address that PayPal is providing, no other addresses! If the package is returned, you will be responsible to pay for shipping again.
 

🎃Return and Exchanges

Most items are made to order!  If you receive the wrong items or something is missing, please contact me as soon as you get your package (within 24hrs) with pictures of the items displayed. 

I do my best to secure mugs so they get to you in one piece. If it comes broken please let me know as soon as possible; all mugs come with insurance. Make sure to also contact your USPS to let them know about your damaged package/broken mug(s).  

🎃PRE- ORDER ITEMS

SALES ARE FINAL ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS! 

Enamel Pins, keychains, and a few others are outsourced and usually take about 3-4 weeks to get to me starting from the day I put in my order. From the last day of the pre-order date that’s when I put in the orders for that item. If you purchase any other items with a pre-order item, your package won't be delivered until I receive the product. Please read descriptions for more info and time frame. Plan accordingly.

🎃Cancellations

Contact me within 24hrs of purchase to receive a full refund! Email me with your Transaction number and Cancellation in the subject. Keep in mind most items are made to order.
